Quitting smoking with Liberty Stix
I am 42 year old woman with multiple health problems. I have been smoking for 25 years, quit here and there but always got back to my "comfort aid"-cigarettes.
Last year I had a serious surgery, I spend days in the hospital, and painful recovery at home. I never smoked in the house, so that was an additional "pain" to get in my garage to have my happy puffs.
My best friend Vicke gave my her Liberty Stix electronic cigarette then, and I was surprised myself how helpful it was. Of course when I got better, spring was on the corner I smoked a pack of my Misty again, not even thinking about quitting. Now I have to, because of my multiple health problems and the medications I am taking.
Anyway yesterday I bought my own Liberty Stix System with cherry flavored medium nicotine leveled cartridges, and I started to use it. I did try other aids before, but everything failed. After taking a smoker's quiz it turned out that I smoke more because of the movements with smoking, so that is why I enjoy having the Liberty Stix, most of the times I just get it in my hand like I would light it up.
I would like to hear from other people who trying to quit or even done with this aid. I think we can help and learn from each other, share experiences, support and cheer up.
